Honest review
Great location, just steps from public transport and a short walk to key attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. While the rooms are compact, they feature modern amenities like USB sockets and electric blinds. Breakfast was decent, though some items could have been warmer. A solid choice for budget travelers.

Hotel as a whole is recently renovated, I greatly enjoyed it.
It's immaculately clean hotel nestled in an Italian style building in the very nice area. The staff are extraordinary service-minded, giving their best to make the stay a really good experience. They serve good food, have variety of options to choose from. The venue provides an excellent service.

Our double room with a personal safe, climate control and a minibar was brand-new. Besides, the location was convenient for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of a busy Milan street. The staff was extraordinary service-minded, and the service was exceptional.

breakfast is good, complete, proximity to the Duomo area and other parts of Milan. It is 3 blocks from Corso Buenos Aires which has many shops, cafes and restaurants and Porta Venezia metro station. receptionist from morning until afternoon Orsiana I think is called, attentive and friendly as well as the two in charge of breakfast and cleaning staff, a very friendly afternoon receptionist.
Although I read that the hotel had compact rooms, they are quite small and uncomfortable to move around in. Even the two-seater bed is very compact. One problem is that the TV is placed in front of the bed but at a very close distance and is about 42". Also, it is embedded in the wall with a thick metal edge that, since there is little space between it and bed, one can hurt oneself if one accidentally brushes against it. An uncommunicative afternoon receptionist. At breakfast, I was struck by the jellies, juices and yoghurt (only one) in open containers. Something to take care of more. bathroom is small and not very comfortable. elevator (only one), uncomfortable for two people with two standard bags. It is a hotel to go alone or in couple but few days.

The lovely staff were fantastic, taking special care of our needs with three kids in tow. The breakfast was a hit, especially the variety of pastries. We easily explored Milan, thanks to the prime location just a short walk from the metro and the Duomo.
My kids wished for a larger play area.

The bathroom is to small, and should be renewed and refurbished, and a solution to be able to stop in front of hotel at least to take luggage out of the car!!!

Location was great, halfway between the cathedral and the main railway station (walkable distances). Buffet breakfast was quite ok.
The room had very poor sound insulation: the noises coming from the streetcar/tram outside and from the piping system were quite annoying. The bathroom was clean, but in need of maintenance.

Convenient location with easy access to public transport made exploring easy. The staff was responsive. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast, especially the fruit salads that were fresh and tasty. The noise from the tram outside was a bit much at times, and the room felt smaller than expected. More comfortable seating in common areas would have been nice.

On the plus side: the hotel is 1.5 -2 km from the station, I even walked on the navigator. Nearby there is a supermarket, a restaurant and a 5 minute walk begins Buenos Aires Street. There's also the subway entrance. Breakfast isn't bad for a small hotel like this. The bathroom is tiny, but it was all there.
The downside is that if you don't ask for a room overlooking the yard, sleeping will be a problem. The hotel has direct access to the tram tracks. When I asked for a yard view room, there was some resentment that everyone was asking for it, but in the end it was given. It's one tiny room, you can't turn around, but it's all good to spend the night. The walls are cardboard, the doors are cardboard too, absolutely everything can be heard if there's noise in the corridor.
